Good place to stay, clean, got everything we need and good location.

Pros: It's clean, the beds are comfy, ACs are good. Location not far from Itabashi station about 5-10 mins walk, there's 7 Eleven and local restaurants very close which are nice. Not much space to move in the room - 5 of us, 3 are tall boys. I would stay here again.

Cons: It was hard to find. It wad nightmare try to find it at about 11 pm at night!!! The staff should give more clear instructions and help us with sending google maps pin point.

Pros: Close to the transport,the neighborhood has everything, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The apartment has all that you need, clean.

Cons: It's a building with more tourist apartments, and the owner isn't there. We couldn't sleep well three of the nights we spent there because they were partying. The only way to contact the owner is through the booking chat, and they don't respond quickly.

Pros: The location is excellent, just 3-5mins from the subway station. If you are travelling by JR, the station is even closer. And there are lots of restaurant and bar nearby, unfortunately we cannot enjoy those places since we have children with us. What a great place to stay.

Cons: Basically everything in provided in the flat. You can even wash the clothes during your stay. It can be better if there is a television, and also heater in the room next to the bathroom.

很适合跟朋友一起住。

Pros: 离车站很近，附近也有便利店跟各种饭店，很方便。只是有一个房间没有空调，晚上睡觉需要把房间门打开共享空调。

Pros: 立地が良く駅までが大変近くて良かった。 飲食店も居酒屋、ファミレス、コンビニ等が近くにあるので不憫は感じなかった。

Cons: 部屋のエアコンが1台では容量不足に感じました。 部屋の間取り的に仕方ないと思いますが........ あとはテレビが設置されているといいと思います。 東京の番組が見たかったと子供が言っていました。
