一人で泊まるのには最高です。

Pros: 最高の立地と広いベランダ、トイレとバスが分かれているのも良かったです。清掃も行き渡っており、好印象でした。またスタッフの対応も丁寧で、また泊まりたいと思いました。

Cons: ベランダに出るのに壁を跨ぐ、不思議な作りでした。

Older apt/ building, comfortable, good value and location.

Pros: Great location, by Shinjuku standards it was spacious, bed pretty comfy too and it was nice to have the little fold out chair for extra sleeping space. Extra bedding and towels provided. We ended up not using the balcony but it was nice to have large windows in both rooms to let in light and feel more open. Washer was helpful (there is usually no dryer in Japanese apartments but the shower has a brilliant \

Cons: It is an older building so I did not expect perfection, and it was clean, but the smell of mildew around the kitchen sink and counter area was pretty intense. Likely not much the hosts can do about it and it was not present in most of apartment. Also the tiny fridge did not seem to get very cold and the little freezer compartment did not freeze, if you are needing ice during the stay (which I did for an injury so that was unfortunate). There's a 7-11 right around the corner. Lastly a little hard to find as it is down a narrow side street/ alley but just prep a map beforehand, and use the entrance pictures.
