Apartment right in the heart of Shinjuku Tokyo

Pros: The location was excellent - very close to all the highlights of Shinjuku and eateries and the train station.

Cons: I think the place offers good value for money.

Nice but small accomodation in a good location. Great amenities and very clean.

Pros: The location was great, very easy to get into and the owner responded to our queries very quickly. The apartment is well stocked with amenities and everything you need. It is a tight space though and no room for relaxing but overall was great and we would book again.

Prima uitvalsbasis in Shinjuku

Pros: Pluspunten: grote bedden, veel kussens, goede dekens, airco, droogfunctie douchecabine, dichtbij Shinjuku station, dicht bij bruisend gebied. Host reageert (in het begin) heel snel en lost snel problemen op. Appartement is rustig gelegen en weinig/geen last van buren/omgeving. De douche is echt heel fijn (veel en heet water) en ook de aanwezige douchespullen zijn van goede kwaliteit (handdoeken, shampoo, crème spoeling, douchegel) Verbeterpunten: als je niet uit Japan komt dan is het adres moeilijk te vinden, Google maps helpt ook niet echt. Ze zouden vooraf wat foto’s van de straat, de ingang naar het appartement en de overige instructies moeten sturen. Wat Engelse vertalingen van de diverse knoppen aan de muur had ook fijn geweest (überhaupt wat instructies/suggesties in een map in diverse talen zou een aanrader zijn) Stopcontacten naast de bedden maken m.b.v. verlengsnoeren.

Cons: Minpunten: wifi was er de eerste dag niet en je slaapt momenteel pal naast een bouwput waar ze vanaf 8u beginnen met heien en lawaai maken. Dit hadden ze best vooraf even kunnen melden.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in einem sauberen Zimmer mit viel Platz für 2 Leute

Pros: 너무 따듯하고 친절한 호스트. 청결하고 편리한 시설. 추천합니다. 시부야역에서 도보로 십분거리. 오히려 근데 역에서 약간 먼 골목쪽에 숙소가 있어서 조용해서 좋았습니다.

Pros: Konumu çok iyi ve ihtiyacınız olan her türlü kişisel temizlik ürünü de eksiksiz olarak tedarik edilmişti , teşekkürler

Cons: Genel olarak sorunlu birşey yoktu, sadece eve giriş yapacağımız gün şifreler son 1 saate kadar verilmedi , bunun sebebini anlayamadım . Ama bu da küsur sayılmaz, ev sahibine herşey için teşekkür ederim

Pros: The location is at the very heart of Shinjuku but we didn't have any issues with noise nor rowdy neighbors. The lodging had all the amenities we needed for the whole 8 days we were there: shampoo, conditioner, gel, mouthwash, toothbrush, shaving gel, even tea, coffee and bottled water. The washing machine was easy to use and even had different laundry softeners to pick from. We had 0 issues lodging here, we were very comfortable~

The host was very attentive and replied to our messages right away.

Pros: It was very close to transportations, conbini, and Donki. I miss walking to conbini for drinks and snacks. It felt like home. We were able to wash our clothes and dry them in the bathroom even though it was raining outside. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing. I would like to go back to the same apartment when I am back in town.
