Great little base camp for Tokyo sightseeing.
Pros: Quite close (5 min walk) to Sangenjaya Station. While small, it was very functional and had almost everything you would want for a few days sightseeing in Tokyo.
Cons: Towels too small (standard size for Japan though), pillow too skinny.

Pros: Very nice location. Easy to go to all main attractions. A lot better than staying in a tiny hotel.
Cons: For a few days Wi-Fi is very weak.

Live like a local
Pros: Great location close to lots of local eateries and public transport trains. Beds were comfy enjoyed living like a local in local neighborhood gor 8 nights. I would stay here again

Excellent property, great location, wanted for nothing
Pros: All amenities needed were provided. Very comfortable futons, washing machine, detergent etc. Convenient location, clean room, very spacious, air conditioning.
Cons: Can’t fault it at all.

Cons: host could provide a little more cutlery and appliances for cooking.

Great stay in a convenient location
Pros: The apartment had everything I needed and was in a great location, just a short walk to Sangen-Jaya Station and only two stops from Shibuya. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Cozy and quiet time in Tokyo
Pros: Perfect location in Tokyo. Residential neighbourhood, out of the chaos of the city and very easy to travel back and forth from Shibuya station. The room is as shown, cozy and clean. We really appreciated the bath room and the small but functional kitchen. Highly recommended.

Great stay, would reccomend!
Pros: Fuss-free check-in, able to drop our baggage before check-in, two toilets, quiet neighbourhood opposite a livily street with lots of food options, easily accesible by train.

Convenient and nice place to stay near the central Tokyo.
Pros: Everything necessary for stay in central Tokyo is there. Compact but effective bath, kitchen, washing machine, two toilets, plenty of hot water, air conditioning, and clean. Because of using Futon(not beds) , we can create more space, while not sleeping, and it is good arrangements.
Cons: The way to the place from the station is a little confusing but get used to quickly. Can be bigger, but no complain. It is very central location.

Pros: Location is good. Apartments are cozy and nice. Two bathrooms is a good idea
Cons: Futon didn't smell with detergent or conditioner. But I don't know, maybe it's a regular thing for Japanese hotels/apartments, to make it hypoallergenic. So it's okay. And I panicked because of garbage utilisation. I think there need to be a little bit more information
