Amazing

Pros: beautiful place, spacious, amazing host and walking distance to train station. With lots shops around the train station to dine or buy things.

Good place satisfied

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience. Even though it is a self check-in and check-out property, the customer service was excellent. Responses were very fast, and the owner was very understanding and flexible, which made the stay stress-free. The location is very convenient—close to the train station, with shops nearby and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The neighborhood felt good and safe, making it ideal for tourists. There is no need to use stairs, which is a big plus when traveling with luggage. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for good service, a convenient location, and easy access.

Cons: the kitchen space is very small. Also, it would be better if the heater capacity could be increased, as it felt a bit limited.

Comfortable and easily accessible

Pros: Lovely place with plenty of room and easy access from narita airport.

Pros: Very nice place, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to a station about 10 minutes walking.

Pros: The space in the room, fast response of the host, quiet area

Cons: The disadvantage of the quiet area and the space is that after visiting things in tokyo, you still had to take some time for the train ride back, but personally i did not think it was a problem.

Would stay here again 🙂 owner was lovely and very helpful.

Pros: Very big room with all the facilities you need 👍 The room is very clean with strong WiFi. Convenience stores and local market close to the train station.

Cons: A little bit far from the train station and cleaning fee too high 😑. Blanket and pillow too small.

We had excellent stay at Kiki house - authentic Japanese feel and the host was friendly, responsive.

Pros: We like our stay at Kiki house, experienced sleeping on Tatami floor and footless chairs. The key was easy to get, the room was nice with air conditioner. The neighbourhood was quiet, friendly and closed to KS train line. The local market had a number of restaurants, good food and reasonable price. The location is closed to KS 49 station, allowing us to get to Skytree and convenient to get to Narita airport at the end of the trip. Train station staffs were friendly and helpful. Some restaurants open late, the neighbourhood is safe and clean.

Cons: The kitchen was a little small and the room was a little scented, especially for people with allergy. When we arrived it was super hot, we underestimated the weather and wanted to get from Tokyo Station to Kiki house asap, so we took taxi and it turned out to be much expensive and took about 40 minutes to get there (rush hour perhaps). It was a little far from Tokyo Bay, Disneyland, around 1 hour on transit, but we had time and didn't go to Disneyland, so it was ok for us.

Nice and cozy

Pros: Very cute and cozy house. It has all the small things to make the stay enjoyable and easy. The included washer and dryer on site is an excellent add-on. It's a very calm neighborhood with convenience stores close by.

Cons: If you want to go to central Tokyo, it's a bit far. However the train station is just a 10min walk. Just keep in mind you'll have to commute for at least an hour to go to most central attractions.

Peaceful and authentic

Pros: I absolutely loved the decor of the place, it was also nice and private.

Cons: I didn’t like that the cleaning fee was so expensive.
