Immaculate stay in a great area

Pros: Great location, staff were really friendly. The room was really clean. Also, the buffet breakfast was amazing - great mix of Japanese and western dishes.

Cons: If I had to pick one gripe, it would probably be the room was quite small. But it was fine.

Beautiful hotel!

Pros: The room was beautiful, clean and confortable. It was small, but the bed is quite large and there's still enough space in the room for two people and one big luggage. The bathroom has a small tub and was very clean. Japanese pyjamas (Jinbei) were also provided which were very confortable to sleep in. The hotel also has a laundry facility which was useful to us. The hotel is 10-15min away from the subway station. It's a very quiet neighborhood which was pleasant to stay around.

A stylish escape in a quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: This gorgeous hotel felt more like a little boutique hotel outside of the city. It is quiet and the interiors are super stylish. The rooms themselves and very comfortable. The size is obviously on the smaller side as is with most Tokyo hotel rooms. This was by far my favourite hotel in the two week period and 4 hotels that we stayed in. Breakfast was also amazing highly recommend.

Cons: The only thing that I would say is that distance from the hotel to attractions etc. but other than that it was spectacular.

Convenient and clean

Pros: The hotel and rooms are comfortable. The area is quiet but full of nice gems and you have access to most train lines.

Cons: The cold air coming from behind the headrest. These windows need rethinking in general.

Pros: I received a package I had ordered ahead of time, and it had arrived the day I was checking in. I had left my bag at the hotel in the morning because my flight landed way too early for check-in. When I arrived in the afternoon, my bag and the package were already in my room waiting for me. In general, I really like this hotel and my stays here, so I usually choose this hotel whenever I'm back in Tokyo. I think this is now the 4th time I've stayed here.

Cons: This is not so much a big deal, however, there was one day when I returned around 4PM to find no one had tidied up the room, so not sure what happened there. This is the first time that happened.
