I very correct apartment for a short stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The apartment is ok in most of the aspects of what someone will look for a stay of 9 night in Tokyo. Clean and correct. The landlord, even if we have some difficulties with language, was communicative and answering all the time.

Cons: The kitchen need to be better equipped, in particular there were no knives. For us, occidental Europe knives are essential in the kitchen.

Pros: The location is lively with locals and has a bunch of restaurants and two convenience stores. You need around 30 minutes to the centre but the transport network works really well. You get the check-in instructions prior to your stay, just follow them. The flat looks quite new, and has almost everything one needs. I personally liked that there was a vacuum cleaner. We did not find the WiFi passwort so we wrote a message on booking. The respond was there in less than 10 minutes.

Cons: The kitchen missed a simple knife; the double bed has just one blanket. The flat might be tiny, especially for tall people or a lot of luggage, but if you know the space problem in Tokyo, you are already kind of prepared to something like this.

Good value for money.

Pros: The unit that we got have a separate living/kitchen and bedroom(in a basement type setting) so makes it more spacious. Only drawback is that you have to cary your luggage down the stairs which can be a bit tricky speciallly for the Large capacity ones.

Cons: Close to the station and have access to almost all the major lines. if you don't mind the transfers, which I think one way or another you have to do anyway regardless of how close you are to the station. Plenty of local food shops around. also 7 eleven is close by.

Pros: We particularly liked our room on the 5th floor. It was spacious, very clean and bright, comfy and clean beds and all amenities we needed. The sofa bed was an excellent pull out, perfect for one person. The community is so charming with great access to Nogota train and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

Très bon endroit

Pros: Propreté Tout est parfaitement entretenu Possibilité de faire une cuisine légère Quartier très calme et agréable avec tous les services à proximité

Cons: Il est situé un peu loin des attractions, vous aurez à faire au moins un ou deux transferts à chaque trajet.

Pros: Patogu patekti, kondicionierius veikė gerai, visko buvo ir užteko

Appartamento bellissimo in una zona molto comoda

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma perfettamente funzionale, dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona ottima, a due passi dalla stazione di Nogata e da un'infinità di ristoranti e negozi di tutti i generi.

非常舒适

Pros: 因为离孩子家近，所以选择这家店，设施点赞，位置很好，分几次入住了不同户型的房间，在日本算大的房间，适合家人出游

Cons: Check in 有点复杂，各种密码对我这老年人是个挑战，希望简化

清潔感があり、利便性も高く、再度利用したいと思う。

Pros: 清潔感のあるお部屋で、二人暮らしのシミュレーションには非常に良い。駅付近で移動や買い物に困らず利便性も高い。

Cons: テレビのスタンドが緩んでいて固定されなく、テレビ自体にHDMI端子がないことでゲームなどを楽しむことができなかった。 敷地の問題でエレベーターが無く、階段が狭いのは御愛嬌。
