Pros: location is good, room is good, have all basic necessities. more than enough for me.

Everything you would need for a comfortable stay

Pros: Owner was very helpful in accommodating an earlier check in. Amenities was sufficient, the accommodation provided a washing machine which was very helpful, had a small stove area with cooking equipment provided and utensils if you wish to make your own food along with microwave and kettle. Beds were also nice and firm so it was a comfortable sleep. Only 5 minutes train ride to Ikebukuro station and around 30 mins to Ueno. The route from the nearest station to the accommodation is also very close so is ideal for those with multiple suitcases like ourselves and is pretty much flat all the way.

Cons: If you have noisy neighbours and other guests within the same building you will hear them, bathroom is a little small but with everything put into consideration it is still a great place to stay

Pros: Great location and cool apartment. Has everything you need in such a compact space!

Cons: It is small so not much space for suitcases but is definitely not a bad thing, we made it all work!

Pros: It's a very good equipped appartement. For one person definitely big enough.For two, well, it's normal for Tokyo. Even with a vacuum cleaner, very handy.

Cons: Lack of sound proof. If neighbours are behaving normally, It's all right. I was not so lucky. I didn't know what to do with the garbage staying there for six nights. In Japan it's a general problem. No dust bins, difficult to get rid of it.

Pros: Easy to access by public transport Supermarket, convenience store, pharmacy and restaurants close by Washing machine available

Cons: The guest upstairs were quite noisy A bit far from the city, but easy to go by public transport The shower a bit small, but was ok

Great local stay with a slightly annoying train transfer to get to.

Pros: Fantastic tiny classic Japan style apartment in a very real very local neighbourhood in Japan. Everything you need in a tiny package, clean, easy, will stay again.

Cons: Main thing to consider this is on the seibu line which most day tickets for the Tokyo transport system do not include, it's just a small annoyance to pay another 160 each time you need to get out of the area.

Pros: Clear instructions was provided on how to check in / check out. The room has all the facilities required. It is like a mini apartment. This is a self check in hotel with no staff. There are many eateries nearby and I like the place (peaceful).

Cons: Room a bit small but it has all the required facilities.

Incredible, would recommend to everyone visiting Tokyo

Pros: An incredible place to stay during my visit to Tokyo. We were given instructions on how to collect keys, the host was amazing and gave us clear instructions on how to reach the apartment. When we got there, the room was so cute, the bed (we chose a futon) was so cosy. The room was clean and had everything we needed, we were able to wash our clothes and dry them with coat hangers provided. The apartment was incredible. The location was the best, it was a minute walk from the train station which was so convenient. There was a 7-eleven a minute away and a family mart next to the apartment too. If I was to visit Tokyo again I would 100 percent stay here again. Thank you to the host for an amazing place.

Cons: I loved everything

Pros: Accommodation has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, like a washing machine with dryer function, equipment and cutlery for preparing meals and air conditioning with heater and dehumidifier function. Very good location with close access to amenities like a supermarket, places to eat and a train station a short walk away. Value for money

Cons: Bathroom feels cramped as it has both bathtub and the toilet bowl. Shower/bath tap has dedicated hot/cold tap with very hot water so be careful when using it. You'll have to transfer trains at Ikebukuro station from the Seibu line to other lines to access Tokyo (about a 150m walk from the Seibu line to the entrance of JR lines) which'll add around 160yen of travel cost.
