A comfy stay

Pros: The bathroom with good shower pressure. The interior was nice. We did enjoy a very comfortable mattresses and it was a quiet place to relax.

Cons: The kitchen stove was too small to cook properly. And they did provide one pan only for frying (not enough to prepare a proper meal). They didn’t provide the bath towels, only the face towels (tiny).

Pros: I had a wonderful experience staying with the lovely hosts at Pacefil. Located in a peaceful japaness neighborhood with easy access to the main Tokyo attractions by metro, it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The ladies running the place are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Bonus: Super convenient for travelers, easy to travel by metro to connect with the monorail to Haneda Airport! If you're visiting Tokyo and want a quiet, clean place with warm hospitality and great connections around the city, I absolutely recommend staying here.

Nice cosy apartment with lovely hosts.

Pros: Very friendly hosts, comfortable apartment nice beds, close to metro, nice quiet area. Host met us at the train station and when checking out they were very friendly and appreciative.

Definitely good place to stay!

Pros: The owner was very comunicative and caring, the beds are super comfortable, and there is a calm atmosphere there.

Cons: We didn't knew very well what to do with out garbage but also we didn't ask so that may be a part of it

Tokyo stay for 5 pax

Pros: The person in charge, Ruby, is very nice and accommodating. There were 5 of us. 2 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. All basic amenities were provided. Clean and decent to stay. The response time to any questions in booking.com was fast. About 5 minutes walk after the south exit of Higashi-Jujo station. If you walk more than 7 minutes, you’ll probably already at a wrong direction. Not the easiest place to find (pls use the coordinate given to get the location). When we check out, it was raining. Ruby gave us an umbrella each as souvenir for our journey to Kyoto. Such a sweet lady and she can speaks English too. Overall it was a decent stay for us.

Cons: Stairs to upstairs floor is located outside the house, but it is OK. I guess it can be rented as two separate unit depending on the number of guest.

Pros: Beautiful accommodation. Close to JR station Higashijujo (Keihinto tohoku line), so you can easily get anywhere. The accomodation itself was in quiet area,so you can get proper rest after exploring. It was nice and clean with everything you might need. Washing machine and detergent,which we used a lot since we were with our 1,5yo. Thank you very much ❤️

Great value and super host.

Pros: The facilities were clean and well-equipped. I loved the fully automated tub. The washing machine works great. It’s close to the station and lots of nice shops. There was a place to park fairly close and a garden terrace out front. Best of all, the host is most gracious, and responded well to my needs which change on a daily basis. I hope they have space when I return.

Pros: L’emplacement par rapport au métro. La tranquillité du lieu. Les futons sont confortables 👍🏼.

宾至如归的感觉，暖心的旅途。

Pros: 交通便利，离东十条站步行五六分钟，很近，去上野等地非常方便。房东很好，英文、日文、中文沟通没有任何障碍。邮件告知若不知民宿如何到达，工作人员可以去车站接，很暖心。
