Definitely will stay again.

Pros: Walking distance to the train station. And there are a lot of shops nearby.

Pros: The location of APT is perfect, doing things very convenient, JR, Metro need only very short walk, many good restaurants and bars around the APR.

Cons: only cleanness I was not satisfied that I found some hair and dust on the floor and rest room, toilet was not clean properly. I spent nearly 1 hour to clean the room, I left a perfect clean room for housekeeper when i checked out.

Pros: Great location, close to metro station and in peaceful neighborhood. The place was small but cozy.

Cons: It was not as clean as it could have been - there was a lot of dust (and even trash) under the bed and around other furniture.

I can recommend it, good place to stay

Pros: The apartment is small, but convenient. We could say: cozy. But I did know before I booked. The bed was comfortable and I could sleep well, it was quite during the night. The apartment was very clean. You can cook in the kitchen. The area has many convenience stores and restaurants, very near to the apartment. Sugamo Station can be reached by 5-6 minutes walking, and from there you can easily reach Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, without changing. I liked my stay here, I can recommend it for booking, I stayed here 11 nights.

Cons: Check-in instructions were not clear... I was sweating 15 minutes to open the front door to enter the building... It was not clear which room is mine, until I found the information about lockers, there they wrote my room number... Unexpected... But in the end, I could enter my room. On the second day a guy wanted to come to my room, I left the door open... He said sorry and left. I read that also other guests experienced this. It might be a person checking that the guest really arrived (unnecessary, as I texted him on booking.com, but he didn't reply), or somebody confused his own door. The kitchen is not very well equipped, there is no knife, no flat plate. The balcony is dirty, you can use it only to dry your clothes, cannot chill there.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. The washer helped us quite a lot

Cons: Wifi was not stable sometimes

Convenient, easy to access location with clean, quiet room very close to Sugamo Station.

Pros: The location was very easy to access, just a little over 5 minutes away from Sugamo Station, which is on the JR Yamanote Line. There are plenty of food options within walking distance, as well as convenience stores. The room comes with a laundry machine too, so that's great if you're staying for an extended period of time. The room itself is kind of small, but that's normal in Tokyo - for the prices they charge I feel its very reasonable. The room I got was relatively clean if you are not super fussy. It was quiet as well. It's fully equipped with a microwave, AC/heating, hairdryers and other expected travel amenities. Overall it was a convenient place to stay and clean, quiet and safe.

Cons: The check in process is fully automated, so while that may not be a bad thing, you need to pay attention to the instructions they give you in order to access the main door and the room. The instructions need to be clearer in English - you MUST press the \

Pros: Tutto super organizzato. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente all'arrivo, trovando la porta di un armadio leggermente danneggiata. Abbiamo comunicato subito il problema allo staff e, nel giro di poche ore il problema è stato risolto senza quasi che ce ne rendessimo conto, con un intervento pianificato nelle ore in cui avevamo avvisato che saremmo stati fuori casa.

Nuovo e funzionale

Pros: Essenziale ma funzionale. Posizione ottima e camera molto silenziosa in condomonio nuovo. Ascensore presente e funzionante.

Cons: Le istruzioni sono tante e contraddittorie , quindi si è creata confusione. Ma lo staff ha risposto in poco tempo. Non mi fiderei ad arrivare fuori orario lavorativo.

Departamento chico pero con una buena ubicación

Pros: Es la 5ta vez que voy a Tokio y siempre elijo el hospedaje cerca de la estación de tren o subte y justo este esta cerca de ambos de la estación de Sugamo del subte o la de Yamanote Line del tren. Hay un par de combini cerca y la zona tranquila para ir a descansar.

Cons: No sabia que hacer con la gran cantidad de papel y basura que hacia en el depto. que al final lo tiraba dentro de la estación del tren, deberían de explicar que hacer o donde dejarlo, además de la caja celeste que tenia toallas nuevas y sabanas, que me di cuenta recién el ultimo día cuando hice el ckeck-out. Como todo Japón es un departamento chico.

Pros: 立地条件が良くコスパに最高でした。 私はこれからも使いたいと思います。 近くに24時間スーパーもある。

Cons: 私には十分満足だったのですが、気になる方もおられるかもしれないので敢えて言うと、テレビはありませんので、自分のアカウントでモニターに映す必要があります。 入室の方法やゴミ出しの方法など、大まかにはわかるのですが、細かいところがわかり難かった。 タオルが少ないが浴室乾燥機が付いていたので、夜に洗濯したら朝には乾いており服要らずでした。裏返させば良いところかもしれない。
