Would definitely return again

Pros: The property is very close to the station, clean and lots of restaurants around. There is also a 24hr supermarket round the corner so it is very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and people are friendly. The host is very responsive and provides great detail.

適合家庭入住的好地方

Pros: 房間大，地理位置也很好，JR巢鴨站出來只要3分鐘就可以到房間。房間內的設施齊全，非常適合整個家庭入住，尤其如果要使用廚房，全部的電器也都有，非常好。

Cons: 沒電梯，如果拉大行李的話會比較辛苦一點。

首選的旅宿地點，到哪裡都方便！CP值超高！

Pros: 絕佳的住宿位置，距離山手線巢鴨站一分鐘就到，對於剛下飛機滿身疲憊的旅客，不用走太遠就能抵達住宿點真是一大福音。採自助式領取鑰匙，入住期間自己打掃，主人在check in前一天就寄了一封記載著詳細入住資訊的內容到e-mail信箱，所以全自助完全沒有問題。附近有得吃有得逛，還有步行距離可到的地方可以租借琴房，房間內有switch小朋友超開心，晚上回家就不怕無聊了。完全符合我此行的需求！

Cons: 衛浴空間太小，洗澡刷牙稍嫌擁擠不方便。房內提供的衣架太少，懸吊衣物不夠用。
