Perfect accommodation!

Pros: The apartment is very nice and quite spacious by Japanese standards. It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway and there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so it has everything you could want! There's no elevator, but there aren't many floors or stairs, so it's not a big problem! The host was super friendly and allowed us to check in early without any problems! Everything went great!

Great stay, felt like home from home.

Pros: Me and my partner had a great stay here! The apartment has everything you would expect. Nice walk-in shower/wet room, Air-Con/heat works perfectly, hob, microwave etc. There is great storage for clothes! 2 rails full of coat hangers. I bring a lot of clothes and I don't leave them packed I love to hang them up so this was great. Felt like my own little house. Had shoe storage and all sorts. Even a washing machine to wash clothes. There is a manual with instructions how to use everything, and there is also recommended shops, restaurants, and bars in there so you have suggestions of local places to go. This was a nice touch. The local ramen spot is amazing (Menya Nishikawa) and also the local bar (Olive bar) is class vibes. (Karaoke). It also came with free umbrellas! (To borrow not take home).

Cons: Only down side is the pillows! Oh my days the pillows are so thick and hard. I swear I woke up with a worse back than when I went to sleep! I do sleep on my side though so maybe they are good for back sleepers I don't know. Also when you sit up in bed to watch TV, you only have one pillow to lean on and it's not big enough to block the wooden headboard so basically sitting up or lying down is just uncomfortable. So yeah literally apart from the god damn pillows it was great! Oh and also it needs a full body mirror, only has a head and shoulders mirror. P.S. just letting you know there is no lift, it's okay because it does not advertise that it has one, but just so you know, you'll be carrying luggage up stairs.

Great sized apartment in a quite area and very close to the major rail lines. Well worth it.

Pros: It was in a great residential area, but still had lots of food choices. It was only one stop on the metro to get to Shinjuku chrome station. The size of the apartment was big. So much room to move around and have both large suitcases open. Everything was very clean. The cleaners do a good job.

Cons: As it was located on the ground floor, it had just one small window that wasn't see-through (so people couldn't see in), which made the room quite dark.

Pros: This is a really comfy option to spend a few nights close to central Shinjuku. The studio has everything you could wish for and is well maintained.

Great stay, great location and amazing holiday

Pros: Great location and it all all the things you needed. Had a fridge/freezer, kettle, cutlery, cups, plates, hairdryer and iron. Couldn’t ask for anything else. There was a train station within 2 minutes of walking and the it was far enough away that there was no noise but still close enough to walk to Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We were on the 3rd floor and it was a great effort to get our suitcases up the narrow staircase. The bed wasn’t the biggest for myself who is 6ft 7 but that’s not their fault.

Pros: The room is spacious for a family of four with all necessities provided, good location near to convenience stores

Cons: The accommodation is on a hill... There are two ways to access the accommodation: some stairs or a bit of a hill climb. Can be a bit of an effort with many luggage.

Very nice stay

Pros: Very nice accommodation, clean, with everything you need. Close to supermarkets and metro station.

Cons: - doesnt provide a mop and if you want the appartement to be cleaned you have to pay an extra

Pros: The silence. The good insulation. Spacious bathroom, good shower with handy clothes drier. Good size bed. Good internet (not shared with other rooms, so safer). Aeon 2 minutes walking distance.

Cons: The desk was not big enough for to fit my laptop and ipad, was hoping for a slightly bigger one like I had in other places.

Pros: The room was pretty big for the price. Great Location, convenience store and has super market nearby as well. The bath tub was super nice and it's got a machine within the bathroom that can dry your clothes.
