Great place to stay for central Tokyo

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to bus/train and 7-11 Very comfortable double bed and extra floor bedding for a family of 3 Great kitchen with washing machine/dryer, microwave

Cons: The building does not have a elevator so you need to carry the luggage up the narrow stairs 15mins walk from Takadanobaba train station but you can catch bus no. 69 right infront of Waseda exit, 3 stops only and the bus stop is right next to the building

Pros: 位置不錯，旁邊就是公車站，懶得走路去地鐵可以搭公車直達高田馬場或新宿。 附近有7-11、全家、綠Lawson，走一小段路也有藍Lawson。房間真的很乾淨，設備齊全，兩個人住空間很大，也明亮。附近很安靜。屋主回覆訊息還算快。 我覺得除了很冷以外都蠻好的。

Cons: 冬天的時候建議不要訂這間，雙人床靠窗那側非常冷，會有冷風吹進來的感覺，幸好我們只有兩個人住，所以一個人打地鋪、一個人睡床，不然真的會冷死。浴室也有窗戶所以洗澡時也很冷⋯⋯最不滿意的是暖氣竟然只有房間有，其他地方都好冷，而且晚上感覺暖氣一直吹到臉。 客廳有一扇窗戶沒有窗簾，要注意隱私。 沒有電梯，樓梯蠻窄的。

Pros: Posizione tranquilla e a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana. Appartamento accogliente e moderno.

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto molto il condizionatore sopra il letto. Deve necessariamente restare acceso per scaldare l’appartamento, anche se il soggiorno e il bagno rimangono freddi. Io dormivo vicino alla finestra e c’era comunque un fastidioso spiffero. La pulizia può essere leggermente migliorata.

Pros: Everything was great and the bedroom was spacious. The bed and futon was comfy. Train station was a 13 min walk which isn't bad at all. Grocery store across the street and 711 down the street as well.

Cons: The only downside was the stairs. I was not expecting to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to our room. There was 3 of us and we each had a luggage of our own. We were quite worn out after carrying the luggage up and down when arriving and leaving.

Bra boende med nära till stadskärnorna

Pros: Enkelt att ta sig till och från boendet. Bra tåglinjer. Väldigt fräscht och modern lägenhet. Personal svarar väldigt fort. Vi trivdes väldigt bra, rekommenderar!

Cons: Det fanns ingen hiss och vi bodde på våning 5 så det var jobbigt att gå upp med väskan. Fanns inga glas, endast två muggar.
