Thank you to the owners who sent out battery pack to our next hotel as we had left it behind! Amazing!

Location and size of the property was great for a multi-generational family of 5.

Pros: Proximity to eateries, food marts, Shibuya Station. The size of the property was large enough for 5 of us and very ample bathroom facilities- toilets and showers. The host responded in a timely manner when I had questions. It was a benefit to have been offered the use of a Japanese pocket WiFi and we liked having the ability to do laundry onsite.

Cons: We felt that the floors and showers might have been cleaner and a few more bath towels would have been nice. The location was a bit tricky to get to because of it being on a closed/restricted street- our Google maps just couldn’t seem to get us there😳…BUT we wandered around and finally located it👏🏻
