Pros: I like the whole space! The environment really feels like home, and the location is convenient for traveling.

Cons: There is nothing i can complain about

Pros: We stayed very comfortable with 3 of us. The facility was simple but nice and new.

A nice apartment in excellent location

Pros: The location was excellent, just a short walk from Asagaya train station and close to lots of shops and places to eat. It wasn’t too busy either. The property was very clean and had a washing machine. There were cooking facilities and a microwave but we never used them as ate out every night.

Cons: There was only 2 towels each, the big one was not big enough to wrap around my body and the smaller one was too small to wrap my wet hair in. I am not a large person. The bed were on the floor which would make it difficult for older people.

Comfortable appartment in great location in Asagaya

Pros: Great location near Asagaya station, near supermarkets, a shopping street and many restaurants and bakeries. Well-equipped appartment on two levels including washing machine and kitchen. Comfortable bath unit and beds. Clear instructions to open the appartment with codes at the door; no human interaction involved.

Cons: The walls are a bit thin, but this was announced beforehand and lucklly we had considerate neighbors.

Couple with 1y old kid

Pros: Being on the chuo sobu line is very practical and asagaya is a very quiet neighborhood.

Pros: I greatly appreciated the communication from the owner prior to our arrival, including detailed instructions regarding the accommodation. I also valued the option to store our luggage before check-in. The accommodation was clean and cozy, with simple yet completely sufficient amenities. The location was close to the station, making it easy to travel anywhere. Thank you for a lovely stay in Tokyo.

Cons: All good

Pros: Close to station. Good shops and restaurants in the area. Clean apartment with everything you would need. Plenty of room. Secure.

Cons: The futon base was really hard and the pillows not very comfortable.

Fantastic option - Asagaya is a great place to explore and this place makes an ideal home base.

Pros: Location was great - close to train station and surrounded by interesting neighbourhood with great places to explore and eat. Great facilities.

Cons: Could benefit from comfier furniture - while i appreciate there is not a ton of space it would have been great to have more comfy chairs to relax into after a long day of exploring.

i will consider to saty again!

Pros: location is good, lots of places to eat, the bed is good

Cons: the sound from the other guest next door or upstair/downstair are clear

Excellent apartment for family.

Pros: It was very easy to access the apartment. Great location to surrounding shops and restaurants. As well close to the train station.

Cons: The floor folding beds was little uncomfortable.
