clean comfortable,location convenient

Pros: The room is clean and tidy. Sleeping in the 160cm double bed was very comfortable. The landlord lives upstairs and was always there to help me with any problems. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. It's about a 15-minute walk to JR Asagaya and a 10-minute walk to Seibu Shinjuku Line Saginomiya Station. I don't like walking much, so I usually take the bus near the building and transfer to the JR station.

Cons: It is recommended to install a full-length mirror on the wall near the room entrance, which will make it convenient to check your clothes and makeup before going out.

Pros: The place is very clean and very quiet. the host is a wonderful person, glad to help with all my requests and took care to make sure i had all my pre flight arrangements (such as takyubin and travel instructions) and even reserved a place for me in a very nice izakaya on my last evening

Cons: central Tokyo is a bit far.

Pros: 屋主很友善，好客又幫手。地點在住宅區中，環境清靜，附近有間麥飽店，麵店。房型頗竟闊打大型行李箱也可。

Cons: 離車站有點遠，雖然有巴士接駁但想走路的話，就需耍行15至20分鐘，不過可作散步吧。

Pros: Le lieux est agréable et calme, c’est vraiment un endroit très confortable et en plus un konbini est à moins de 100 mètre du lieux !

Cons: L’établissement reste tout de même un petit peu éloigné du centre de Tokyo, c’est un temps qui n’est pas dérangeant mais qui reste à considérer durant votre voyage

Great value, clean

Pros: It was a great place to stay, a little far from the station but I can't complain because the price was amazing. It was clean, smelled nice, and the house owner/manager gave me the keys right away.
