Pros: Beautiful apartment near the station, with all the necessary amenities (it lacks just a stove), really neat and tidy. A few meters on the street there is a very good public onsen. The neighborhood Is lovely. I didn't meet the host in person, but he was nice and responsive via booking app.

It was very pleasant and worth it

Pros: It was very close to the train station and was a good size for 2 people

Cons: It was directly next to the rail tracks so a little bit noisy but we wore earplugs and that was completely fine

Pros: I stayed with my family in both of the apartments. It was incredibly convenient and surpassed my expectations. If you're wondering if to choose this place you should. The area is great and the place will cover all your basic needs when you travel.

Pros: We enjoyed this place. Great location. Close to train station and clean. Great owners. Very helpful and approachable.

Cons: The owners said that it would be a little bit squishy for four people. It was but we did not mind as we spend most of the day out and about. It is not easy to find accommodation for 4 people so this was a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Pros: Charming home-style accommodation, modern decor on what was originally a traditional Japanese interior. Gave a nice sense of experiencing the real life of a Japanese local young person at home, which made a nice change from soulless hotels. All appliances worked well, and our stay was comfortable and convenient. A lot of large windows which we could open fully for lovely fresh air flow. Located in a nice area, leafy and attractive streets full of good restaurants and bars, 7/11, large supermarket, pharmacy. Short walk to station with direct train to Shinjuku (14-21min train ride). Easy to find with host's instructions. Host was very accommodating and helpful, very communicative and pleasant.

Great stay. Would love to recommend to anyone.

Pros: Very affordable accommodation not far from Shinjuku with a friendly host who replied quickly and helped us out with anything we needed. Highly recommended when travelling on a budget.

You gotta stay here. It’s perfect for the price and location.

Pros: I was surprised at the size for the price. Comfortable bed. Excellent location close to everything you could need. Pharmacy, groceries, 24hr convenience, food and drink. All in a quiet old neighbourhood. Had an extremely pleasant time preparing for my next days in the heart of Tokyo. Fully equipped minus cooking area. Everything I needed! 30 minutes to Shinjuku station.

Cons: The last 2 upstairs neighbors did not respect the 10pm-9am noise policy. Shower drain stinky but my nose is hypersensitive.

Honestos y atentos

Pros: Tiene lo justo para la estadía. Para la bienvenida nos dejaron agua, lo cual estuvo perfecto para la llegada. De inicio advirtieron que era algo ruidoso por el paso del metro, pero eso no nos molestó. Queda cerca un supermercado y una tienda de conveniencia

Cons: Las indicaciones para llegar al lugar. Los vecinos del otro apartamento fueron muy ruidosos

Pros: 駅近です。そして駅から宿までの道のりに、スーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、その他いろんなお店（銭湯とか！）があるので、何不自由なく過ごせます。そしてお部屋も清潔でお掃除も行き届いてます。あとアメニティグッズ？も全てあって、手ぶらで宿泊できます。チェックインしたら、エアコン、空気清浄機、照明がついててて、オーナー様のお心遣いを感じました。前もって宿情報や連絡もしてくださったり、質問にも非常に丁寧に答えてくださったり、至れり尽くせりでビジホよりも快適に過ごせました。次も是非是非お願いします。 オーナー様、本当にありがとうございました！

Cons: 私は平気でしたけど、線路が近いので（まぁ近いかな？程度ですけど）とーっても静かな環境を求める人は対策した方がよいかも？
