It’s a comfortable stay and the good food at the Chinese restaurant next door (久盛) added up to the fabulous experience.
Pros: The owner is very thoughtful in preparing enough hangers for guests (especially family) to dry up their clothes after washing. The powerful aircon helps much for that purpose too.
Cons: It isn’t easy to bring luggage up and down the staircase

Cozy, comfortable and great location
Pros: Location, just out of the hustle of Tokyo central but close enough for easy access. Everything we needed for our family of 4 and plenty of space for Japan. Eateries near by and great supermarket very close by. Host was really great have us some good recommendations.

Favourite accomodation in Japan!
Pros: We loved this property, beautiful neighbourhood so close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of the city. We didn’t want to leave! Beds comfty, there is a washing machine, kitchen and everything you could need.
Cons: There are no doors between the two rooms

Fantastic
Pros: I loved that there were a couple of convenience stores around the corner and plenty of restaurants, train station just down the road and 7/11. Our stay was great, comfortable beds for 3 adults, and rather large adults, place was clean and had everything you needed, toiletry, towels, power adapter. Aircon was great to come back to when it was muggy. Host was great and easy to communicate with. The shower was also great, had great water pressure! Despite being abobe restaurants and down the station down the road, it was still really quiet, had great sleeps. Tv had most of the apps you needed and free wifi was good!! This place definitely a great bang for your buck, wpuld book again, maybe bottom floor next time.
Cons: Stairs were a bit steep, as we stayed on the second floor, but will probably not be an issue for others, but I have bad knees, thankfully they had good handrails.

Wonderful host, great location with restaurants and shops near by. Easy route to Shinjuku .
Pros: The location is so good. The host recommended the correct station - and it was 5 mins walk from the station. There are very good restaurants in walking distance - for me, two indian restaurants and also one cafe for breakfast. A super market and 7-11 are very close. The apartment is very comfortable - has everything you need to be independent on your travels.
Cons: There is not much I did not like.

The host was so friendly and lovely and very responsive, we would definitely reccommend this place!
Pros: The area is such a cute and quiet place, was so lovely staying in Kamikitazawa. The property was clean and it was quite spacious for Tokyo! Everything you need is in close walking distance, and the host was happy to collect our rubbish during the stay which was super nice.
Cons: There was nothing we disliked!!!!

Great studio 3 minutes walk to metro and 9 stops to Shinjuku station.
Pros: The proximity to the train station, supermarket and I enjoyed to be able to cook some food. The projector and screen.
Cons: I am not use to sleep in a small bed anymore!
