Pros: Building looks a bit old but the apartment that we occupied, which is located at the uppermost part of the building, looks new. I think it was an added construction. It consists of 2 floors and looks nice and clean. The facilities are also good.

Cons: I was a tiny bit disappointed that there was no iron for clothes.

Pros: About a 20 mij walk from Shinjuku, few metro stations closeby. Grocery store around the corner, clear instructions on how to get there

Cons: Wifi did not reach in bedroom upstairs, minor detail
