Shinjuku 2 stops new mansion free WiFi nakano area

Pros: It was quite spacious. It was close to different stations, shops, in a very accessible area. There was also an elevator. We really liked the bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. At night, it was quiet. Brilliant for a family trip! We also received a detailed guide and all the necessary information in advance. The help received through the chat was really nice!

Cons: It was getting bright early in the morning, and the curtains could have been better. It was fully equipped with useful everyday things (even with a lint roller), but one important thing was missing, and it was very annoying: no vacuum cleaner or a dustpan & broom set (so we bought a small one) so it was getting dirty quickly. There were no sponges available in the kitchen either.

Overall is not too bad, minor improvement required, i.e Wi-Fi information and where rubbish go.

Pros: The location is ok. Not far away from station. There are several supermarkets around the property.

Cons: Images are totally different from the reality, much smaller than shown in the photos . Not much information in the room to show customers how to use wifi and how to dump the rubbish

Great location, clean and comfortable

Pros: Suitable for a short stay for our family of 5 (kids 12,15,17 yrs), whole unit was very clean, kitchen tiny but had the basic utensils to have a takeaway meal when you get home. Beds comfy, japanese style on the floor. Location was good, just a short walk up to the train station, very close to Shinjuku Station. Area felt very calm and safe walking back at night to the apartment.

Cons: A bit small for any longer than 1-2 nights for a larger family. You need to be comfortable in close contact with each other.

Pros: 部屋もキレイ、お風呂もキレイ、冷蔵庫も割と大きくて便利。連絡も丁寧。近くに24時間営業のスーパーもあってよかった！ また近くに行くことがあれば利用したいと思った。

Cons: 場所がわかりずらい 駅から思ったより歩く 予備の掛け布団が小窓のカーテンの裏に置いてあって見つけられなかった

Cons: ห้องแคบไปเล็กน้อย สำหรับ 4 คน แต่อยู่ได้ เดินประมาณ 10 นาทีถึง train station

Nice

Pros: It was comfortable, accessible, and in a nice neighborhood. It was clean, and the host provided many good amenities! They also provided very clear and easy instructions on how to access the place.

Cons: The photos of this booking looked completely different from my room in terms of decoration, and the place was about a 13 min walk uphill from the station. I stayed here with 4 people but I think less people would be more comfortable for this space. But everything else was perfect.
