QiQi House Tokyo まるごと新築一軒家宿 Spacious New Home

Great location, beautiful modern and spacious house, lots of thoughtful inclusions.

Pros: Beautiful house, great overall location. Has a roof which makes clothes drying easy. Loved all the little inclusions like excellent WIFI, leather indoor slippers, umbrellas, raincoats etc. Provided a clear PRINTED manual on how to use all the facilities. Manual was also very helpful in how to get to and from the location as well as listing out places to eat or visit in the area. Kasai is an excellent location for accessing Disney and Haneda airport. It also has lots of little stores, eateries, restaurants etc. You can spend weeks just visiting all the little eateries.

Cons: Not an issue for us, but just want to flag that it's a 12-15 minute walk to and from the train station/bus terminal. That means, any trip to and from Kasai will add 30 minutes to your travel time. If an issue for you, take this into account. Not a problem for us. Would have liked to have had more cooking pots and pans. There is also only 1 key to get into and out of the house, which is a problem for large adult groups who want to split up. Makes coordinating difficult. I recommend you ask for a second key if this a concern for you.

Pros: Very spacious, multiple bedrooms, very clean. Superb. Friendly and helpful host.

Amazing, spacious, fully equipped house

Pros: Easy to retrieve the key from the host’s simple instructions Amazing house with 5 bedrooms with 3 floors plus an attic. The kids’ bedroom was beautifully decorated with iKea double beds and a baby crib. There was even a play tent. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the house. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom and toilets clean. The living room was open to the kitchen and even had a projector which was very nice. We found everything we needed to cook our food. There was a rooftop for drying clothes.

Cons: We only slightly found it a discomfort to have the toilets on the secobd and third floors, while the bathroom with a bathtub was on the ground floor. We had to climb the stairs every time we needed to use the toilet.

Great property for family in quite location

Pros: The place was impeccably clean, and maintained well. It truly felt like a home away from home. The size was perfect, offering ample space for a large family like mine. It allowed us to spread out comfortably and enjoy our time together without feeling cramped. Having access to both Netflix and Disney+ was a delightful surprise. It added an extra layer of entertainment for our evenings and downtime, making our stay even more enjoyable. As a non-Japanese speaker, I greatly appreciated the thoughtful and comprehensive guide that QiQi provided. It was clear, easy to follow, and immensely helpful in navigating the area. I can confidently say that my stay at QiQi's place was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.

Cons: I had a bit confused as there was no guide provided for disposing trash.

Pros: 地點非常棒，無論是公車站或者走路都可以抵達地鐵且本次因安排迪士尼旅遊而受惠，謝謝民宿讓我們有美好的旅遊回憶

Cons: 浴巾吸汗功能較不佳建議可以更換

This place is perfect for a family stay, offering a clean, tidy, and spacious environment.

Pros: This place is a great alternative to a regular hotel, offering plenty of space and multiple bedrooms, making it ideal for families.

Cons: The only concern is they only have one bathroom suitable for showering, which is on the first floor, while other floors (2F & 3F) only have toilets available.

Pros: 車が二台停めれて部屋数も多く快適でした^_^ ちょっとした問題にもスタッフの人がすぐ来て対応してくれたのは助かりました^_^

Cons: 贅沢を言えば冷蔵庫がもう少し大きければ文句なしの100点でした^_^ 浴室乾燥が弱い気がしましたがそれも乾燥機があったので問題ありませんでした。

Pros: Большая вила подходит для большого количества людей. Но не очень чисто.

Pros: Jun was always in touch making sure our stay was comfortable. The location is a quiet and pleasant residential area. Very convenient for access to Disneyland.
