JH Yellow Guest House

Pros: Close to (7 minute walk) to bus station that goes directly to Disney. Same walk to train station. Very affordable for families. Comfortable beds

This place is a great value and a great location.

Pros: We loved the location and being near the Kasai Station of the Tozai line. It was perfect for the 5 of us (Me, my wife, and 3 teenage boys). We also took the limousine bus from Haneda Airport and that dropped us off right near this property. The place is off the main road and so it was quiet without a lot of road noise. We used this as our home base for the Tokyo portion of our trip. We ended up using 4 different accommodations during our trip across the country and this was our favorite place. The free WiFi was also very nice. I am not sure why the overall rating for WiFi is low. The WiFi was great. We are mad at ourselves for not using the washing machine while we were there. The next place we went to had a very small washer compared to the one at this property.

Cons: I’m only six foot tall and forgot to duck a few times when walking through doorways so my head got bumped a few times. The door frames are just short so I kept hitting my head. It was not a deterrent though. Just be aware to duck when going from room to room. 🤣

Pros: Good location, only 5-7 mins from Kasai Station. We can take the bus from Kasai station direct to DisneyLand and DisneySea. Marurtsu Supermarket locate between the station and guesthouse. Washing machine can wash & dry which is very comfortable.

Cons: A little bit noisy in the morning coz the guesthouse locate next to Vietnam restaurant.

Pros: It was cozy and very comfortable. Minutes walk to convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and train stations.

Cons: Nothing everything was wonderful.

家族旅行

Pros: 両親、弟家族、私家族の３家族で宿泊 葛西駅が近く、駅からディズニー行きのバスと 途中に空港行きのリムジンバスもでていて とても便利だった 寝室が、３部屋あり 各部屋にテレビがありYouTubeも見れて それぞれプライバシーが守れてよかった 使わなかったが、調理器具が充実していて 近くに24時間営業のスーパーもあり 自炊もできそうだった

Cons: 良くなかった点は特にないが 全体的に狭かった

Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros: Wij gebruikten Yellow guest House als uitvalsbasis voor Disney en dat was perfect qua afstand en transport. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en het contact met de eigenaren gaat soepel.

Cons: Ik kan hier echt niets bedenken, zou het appartement zo weer huren als ik weer naar Tokyo zou gaan.

まあまあ良い

Pros: 駅、コンビニ、スーパー、飲食店が近い。 寝室が3室あったので、思春期男子に個室が充てられて良かった。 ディズニーへは最寄りの葛西駅からバスがあり、30分くらいで到着しました。クリスマスシーズンの平日でしたが、混んでいて行きは1本見送りました。

Cons: ダイニングキッチンにエアコンがなかったので、季節と滞在内容によっては辛いと思う。泊まるだけなら問題なし。
