Great location, very near to JR Shin Okubo station.

Pros: The location of this place is excellent as it is less than 2 minutes' walk from the JR Shin-Okubo station and the fact that it is surrounded with Halal Food and grocery shops makes it even more convenient and a great place to stay for our trip.

Cons: Everything is good.

Awesome! Should get a 5 star for the host and stay

Pros: I really love this place, its located 1 min away from the train station. This make it super convenient to travel around Tokyo. Just minutes away from Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Shibuya. The host is really responsive, he was apologetic as the aircon remote was misplaced and he had to get a new one. But I was totally alright with it. He surprise us with toys and all for my kid which I was really taken a back and surprise by his generous gesture. I love it that there is a basic kitchen and washer to be used, this was very essential to me as I have a picky eater kid. So most nights I would cook and prepare bento for my child. The Konbini and halal mart was really near too which makes it easier to find ingredients and halal products.

Cons: I don't have any to be honest.

Pros: It was super near to the train station, jr line. N got don quixote nearby 24h. Walked a bit across the street, that we can even do last minute shopping. Got iron, kettle, microwave, n stove. Even rice cooker. The stay was decent n good enuf for us. Managed to hv small area for prayer if u arrange ur cargo bags properly.

Pros: 1) Near to Shin Okubo JR station 2) Close to couple of convenience stores, restaurants (including Halal restaurant), coin laundry 3) Equipped with all amenities like washing machine , microwave, refrigerator

Best location. Family-friendly

Pros: I love how close it is to Shin-Okubo station. Perfect spot! Yamanote Line is the best. There are lots of restos and konbinis. The host is very responsive and very kind. We are so happy to meet him. my kids are very happy with the place. we will surely book the same place when we go back to Tokyo.
