Best location, value for money

Pros: The location! Just a 1-2 min walk from shin okubo stn, and lots of restos, konbinis and supermarkets nearby. A small donki store is also just a 5 min walk.

Great location, near train station and convenience stores. Spacious room with good amenities

Pros: The location is very ideal, so close to shin okubo station (yamanote line) only 2 minutes walk and other amenities such as convenience stores (7e, family mart, mini Aeon) and halal shops. It also located near shinjuku station within walking distance. The room is spacious and well equipped and i enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again

Pros: Excellent place. Self check in so did not meet anyone but very happy with correspondence before and a great apartment in an excellent location.

Pros: There were everything necessary in the property. Bathroom, kitchen, balcony, comfortable beds, and even a wardrobe, which is kind of rare in Tokyo according to my experience. Instructions were clear, and easy to follow.

Excellent would come back!

Pros: Super convinient location with the Yamanote line and the station just 1 or 2 minutes walking distance. Full of convinience stores, restaurants and. Don Quijote!. The flat has everything you need, super clean and spacious.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit too small, but usable, clean and functional.

Perfect Location, easy to expolre Tokyo

Pros: Quiet Apartment. Close to Yamamote Train Line. Currency exchange office close by. Safe Area. Close to all 24/7 supermarkets. Perfect communication with the owner! He let us have an early checkin.

Cons: There is no luggage storage service anymore in the building.

Pros: The hotel is extremely conveniently located close to Shin Okubo Station, from where you can go to any big part of the city with the Yamanote Line, and have amazing food in Korea Town around the corner. The hotel itself has an elevator which fit all of our 4 suitcases and the room was spacious enough to open these compared to other hotels in Japan that I've been to. The beds are comfortable and have plugs as well as storing space at the bedside and too big drawers beneath the bed. There were enough amenities like shampoo, conditioner, bodysoap as well as pads and detergent for the washingmashine. You could dry the clothes at the balcony, that had a nice view on the city. I was especially glad about the friendly hotel staff that would always answer fast via the booking.com chat, that was able to find the items we lost when checking out and made sure that we are able to get them back.

Cons: The only thing I could think of would be a vacuum cleaner, but since it was only for 3 days it wasn't that necessary. Also the room has a big Television Screen, but it has unremovable advertisments.
