Very easy to contact for any questions or even to ask if we could do a late check out.

Pros: Super easy and was self-check in. The place was clean and location was pretty close to the central part in Shibuya. Contact with hosts and service was super fast and easy. I like how everything was pretty hands off.

Cons: I should have looked it up beforehand or should have asked for an extra pair of keys, so that it would be easier for us to separate into 2 groups and not worry about someone not being to get in after.

Pros: 8-10 shibuya cross& stations, plenty of space in the rooms, the xommunication with the host was great
