Great location and great price!

Pros: The location was ideal: close to the Shinjuku, but away from all the tourist spot noise. We appreciated the residential vibe and made it feel like we were locals. The location had cute streets and restaurants. There was a washer one can use, but you will need to air dry your towels or clothes. A public coin laundry and convenience stores were nearby. The host was very responsive to any inquiries.

Cons: The listing may be a little misleading. While the pictures show common areas (two floors), it will depend if you book that specific suite. We booked the double room, and for two people, it was really tight. Space is limited in Tokyo, so just be prepared. The double room is idea for one person. If you want more room, book the suite.
