Bon emplacement mais assez bruyant

Pros: Nous étions 3 dans le logement, c'était donc assez spacieux pour un appartement à Tokyo. Le personnel est très réactif à nos messages. Un très bon emplacement, pratique pour se déplacer facilement dans tout Tokyo. La machine à laver est un vrai plus. Les matelas sont super confortables (mais très mous et moelleux, je déconseille à ceux qui n'aiment dormir que sur des matelas durs)

Cons: Le gros point noir du logement c'est son isolation phonique. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue, dans l'escalier et aux autres étages. Entre des vacanciers particulièrement bruyants jusqu'à deux heures du matin et d'autres matinaux avec leurs valises dans l'escalier à cinq heures du matin, il n'a pas toujours été facile de faire des bonnes nuits de sommeil. Attention également, il est indiqué qu'il y a une bagagerie, mais c'est juste pour laisser ses valises jusqu'à 13h le jour du départ, rien de plus.

Great location with good value

Pros: Location is perfect, I assigned the first floor which is very good for us as we have elderly. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Please expect small space in the room to walk around, it is very common in Tokyo. 7-11 is super closed.

Cons: Minor suggestion for future visitors to consider, if you go with elderly, there has no bed frame, it is a bit hard for elderly to get up from mattress.
