Pros: I loved how the space was very well utilised, the aesthetics were nice, and it was nice coming back to after a long day.

Cons: The only downside is probably the location, it is good but some drivers wouldnt drive into the street as it is quite squeezy. Other than that, I think its still a great place.

Great apartment for longer stays

Pros: A wonderful apartment within 20 minutes easy walking into the centre of Shibuya (there are also lots of buses and it's a single stop of the underground into Shibuya as well) making travelling around very simple. The apartment was clean and spacious, and it had a fully fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher! The balcony containing the washing machine was also fantastic as we could wash our clothes. We opted to upgrade to the 2 room apartment, and it was so worth it as it gave us so much more space with packing all our bags and doing the washing. The roll out bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a good bath and shower. We felt at home staying here, and the host did a great job at showing the facilities and explaining the kitchen and bins etc. and sent us lots of recommendations for the local area food, coffee, and shops. We would love to stay here again!

Pros: Ben met us late on a Friday night and helped us find a great place for dinner and a beer!

beware - this property has no bed

Pros: The staff were really helpful and it was great to have a coffee machine, washing machine and good wifi. The location near the station was really good for all the things we wanted to do in Tokyo

Cons: There was no bed and I slept really badly. The booking.com entry clearly stated that there would be a double bed and we would not have booked this place if we had known that there was only a futon. The person who welcomed us was charming and apologetic but explained that none of these apartments have actual beds.

Great location, reasonable price

Pros: Location and proximity. Washing machine in the room which makes it easier to do your laundry.

Cons: I would suggest to book a bigger room. The first few days we've booked a smaller room, I think it was only suitable for one person. But if you booked the bigger room it's sufficient for 2 people. The only downside is the stairs very narrow, so make sure you bring small luggage because there was no lift. Also, you won't be able to send your luggage as there are no reception. Other than that it's all good.

Pros: Lovely apartment, perfect for a single traveller. The host is very nice and it's in a perfect spot to walk and travel. Thank you !!

Pros: Great location, lots of room for Tokyo standard. Very clean, equipped with everything we needed. The owners were so responsive and lovely to deal with. Very comfortable

Pros: Among residential area, not far from train station. Equipped with everything we need and the kitchen is nice. The district has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.

Cons: Not quite spacious if you have large luggage but it's understandable.
