COTO Tokyo Shibuya 8

Fantastic, highly recommend!

Pros: Perfect spacious living. Very comfortable and private. Not a very far from shibuya centre. Very peaceful area and quiet neighbourhood. The owner was amazing very accommodating and very quick to reply.

Cons: Bedding was ok, pillows were quite thin.

Better alternative to cramped hotel rooms! We had a comfortable, pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Spacious, very clean and has essential amenities. Instructions to enter/exit and general usage were very clear. Host was kind enough to receive our luggage sent via courier from airport, and deliver to our room! The tatami mats were very comfortable and cozy but this is a personal preference.

Cons: Host can be reached via booking.com but can only respond during office hours and usually the day after. In case of any emergency or question (thankfully we didn’t have any), I didn’t know how else to contact (contact info is for their office). A few small (maybe insignificant to some) inconveniences- no pajama, toothpaste/toothbrush etc (slippers and shampoo, body wash, detergent, hand soap were provided). No housekeeping but wasn’t a problem for us. Stairs were narrow and steep but not an issue for us either (I dont recommend for elderly).

Only a short walk to Shibuya and a hop away from a train station, perfect location that lets you unwind after a busy day

Pros: Very clean and a perfect location. Hosts were incredible and very helpful.

Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The location was really convenient, close to Shibuya and the rest of Central Tokyo. Very spacious when compared to Tokyo hotels, and much better facilities (kitchenette, washing machine etc.)

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Great property

Pros: Good location. Clean. Well equipped. Easy to get in. Good structure.

Cons: Very minor thing but the bed sheets were not big enough. Shiki Buton (futon mattress) may also be a bit too hard.

A perfect place to stay for a small family who wish to see Tokyo, but enjoy a quieter neighbourhood.

Pros: Fantastic quiet location. Perfect for a family of three. Easily accessible to train station and grocery/convenience store.

Pros: Spacious and clean. Close walk to the train station situated in a quiet street.

This was my second visit to COTO 8 and I would stay again

Pros: Great location and on a quiet road. Lots of places to eat near by. An Ozeki supermarket is nearby which is superb

Cons: Only one hob to cook on but with that and the microwave we managed just fine. The TV would be better if it could swivel rather than being fixed flat to the wall. Japanese-only TV channels. I brought a laptop and HDMI cable so that we could watch YouTube and stream to the TV

Pros: 丁寧な対応、アクセス、周辺環境、設備共に全てがとてもよかったです。チェックアウトの時間後も荷物を預けることが出来ることも助かりました。 昼夜問わず静かで、落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons: なし

キレイで便利でよかったです！

Pros: 部屋も水回りも清潔で、バストイレ別でキッチンがあって、必要なものがコンパクトにまとまった立地で、Wi-Fiも非常によくつながるし、言うことないです

Cons: 洗濯乾燥機がないことぐらいですが、中長期の滞在では利点が大幅に上回ります
