A very nice brand new property to consider to stay in the Tokyo area.

Pros: Very nice clean new property, nicely arranged by Japanese standard. Car garage is large enough to fit a standard minivan such as Toyota Noah/Voxy even Alphard. It has 2 seperate toilet on the 1st and 2nd floor, also ample living room with kitchen on the 2nd floor (2 bedroom oon the 3rd floor + 1 bedroom on the 1st floor). Bathroom is on the 1st floor next to the 1t floor bedroom.

Cons: Typical Japanese narrow tight stairs (seems like this everywhere). Bedroom on 3rd floor, but toilet is on the 2nd floor, not so convenient for the 3rd floor bedrooms occupants. One night, neighbour blocked the driveway, we rang their bell to call them, they were very cooperative and understanding to move the car to make the way (very typical Japanese polite and kind gesture). Not very close to the Hirai JR station (about 700m?) if need to drag a few luggage. However, we have no issue since we have a rented car.
