Absolutely amazing . Thank you to all the staff for looking after us especially the concierge team .

Pros: One of the best hotels we have stayed in . The staff showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in hospitality these days , the manager Neil Mcinnes was front and centre and always on hand to offer guidance and advice . Hotel rooms were spotless and well equipped . Location was perfect with access to subway and JR line directly outside the hotel also shopping at Ginza district walkable in 10 mins .

Cons: It is a struggle to find anything to critique even if we waned to nitpick we cannot think of anything .

Stylish and elegant.

Pros: Stylish and elegant hotel, the room was big, comfortable and with a beautiful view over the city. Very attentive and kind staff, delicious breakfast.

Cons: The location of the hotel is far from ideal, especially if you want to go for a stroll instead of taking a cab.

Pros: Loved the rooms, loved that the station was right below the hotel yet you could hardly hear them. Location was great. Highly recommend. Like most hotel, they provided pyjamas, they also had a turn down service at night.

Cons: The long elevator trip from the lobby to reception

Exquisite only stayed one night as we were commencing a cruise the next day

Pros: We were upgraded and we were extremely pleased definitely would come back and have already recommended to friends who are planning to go to Tokyo.

Cons: Kept stubbing my toe in the step around bath it’s the same colour as flooring it’s a design problem.

Perfect base to enjoy Tokyo

Pros: It was just what we need to start off our holiday! Always love Conrad brand and stayed here before so I knew it would be a good choice anyway. Love the room so spacious and stylish and comfortable. Great location connected to the Shiodome station so easy to get around. Ginza and Shimbashi Tsukiji short taxi ride or underground or even walk if it’s not too hot. Loved it very much!
