Pros: I like the location to the train lines and food. The check in house guide, map etc was amazing. Easy to find using the information provided by the host. Communication was prompt would highly recommend.
Cons: The two storey was a bit annoying however being away that space is a premium in Japan they have used it well.

There is no bad comment at all.
Pros: Walking distance to the shops esp a branch of Don Quijote and restaurants. Also, walking distance to Shimbashi Train Station.
Cons: There is no hand towel and towel to dry kitchenware after uses.

My family all enjoyed to stay at this places. I will definitively book it again next time.
Pros: Great location, very convenient going out. Supermarket is nearby.
Cons: No food preparing area. It will be nice if there's some foldable table around.

Pros: The location of this hotel is fantastic! The room is spacious enough to open two large suitcases with plenty of space left. Everything around is super convenient — restaurants and izakayas are everywhere, and you can easily find one that suits your taste. Even if you prefer cooking for yourself, there’s a supermarket within two minutes where you can buy fresh ingredients. The area is incredibly convenient yet the hotel itself is very quiet. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

The stay was good, checkin and checkout smooth. Since it is remotelx operated there is no concierge to leave the luggage
Pros: Central location, not far from metro station and restaurants.
Cons: The steps of the stairs from the entrance to the bedroom are quite high/tall, ok for an adult but need attention for small children.

Pros: Good value for money, nice and quiet location, not too far from the station. The apartment is very good equipped.
Cons: I wouldn’t recommend you this place if it is the end of your trip or if you have a lot of luggage. Check out is at 10, no place to leave your luggage, no reception to receive luggage if you sent it from the previous hotel. They also charge you for oversized waste which is in my opinion is very strange as they don’t do cleaning while you stay in the apartment - we stayed 4 days. Another advice is read all the manuals they send you. To have some hot water you need to switch on manually the water boiler panel.

Pros: Convenient access to many of Tōkyō sights. Everything you need to live and sleep independently in a Tokyo apartment.
Cons: Very cramped. No personal touch…as we did not get to meet a person. I guess this is one of the ‘joys’ of Tokyo apartment check in/out.

Would defo book again on a return Tokyo visit!
Pros: Super useful having a cooking facilities; especially when travelling with dietary requirements so that we were not reliant on eating out.
Cons: The chairs were missing some screws so were quite wobbly to sit on.

Ideal para 4 personas. Bien ubicado.

Pros: I really liked the location - it’s close to the station, and the price is very good for this apartment. Shinbashi is one of the most “real Tokyo” neighborhoods. It doesn’t try to look pretty for tourists - it exists for the people who actually work and live in Tokyo. It feels mature, very local, a bit worn, but honest and authentic. The apartment is located away from nightlife, so as a young solo female traveler, I felt calm, safe, and comfortable. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was enough space to open two suitcases and still walk around easily. It was even more spacious than many hotel rooms in Japan. The entrance smelled pleasantly of laundry. It became the smell of coming home, haha I will definitely check if this apartment is available when I return to Japan, because it’s an excellent place to stay with a great location for its price.
Cons: The key pickup instructions were clear, although a bit tiring to go through after a long trip. Also, the screen in the building entrance that you need to interact with was broken. However, the host responded very quickly to my Booking message, and I’m extremely grateful for that, because calling with a tourist SIM would have been difficult. It seems that you need to heat the water before taking a shower - or maybe I misunderstood something, haha. I assumed the screen near the fridge controls the water heating. If that’s correct, it would be helpful to include instructions. The stool was slightly unstable.
