Stay Chill Toranomon

Spacious clean apartment in a quiet area.

Pros: Located in an office building, there wasn't much concern about disturbing neighbours, etc. We didn't really see other people when we were there but it was during the New Year holidays. There are a few metro stations within 600-700m, including Shimbashi. The apartment was very clean with two toilets and two showers. There is a small kitchen, microwave and portable induction cooktop. Unfortunately, the new Tefal pans (supposed to be induction) didn't work. The host was excellent as they responded quickly on 1st Jan and provided new compatible cookware the same day. Overall, quite comfortable and great for a group of 5 or 6. There is a small supermarket around the corner and also a 7-Eleven. No restaurants nearby. The area is mainly offices.

Cons: The harsh lighting in the apartment are arranged in two groups only ie. you have half the apartment (eg. living, dining) on or all lights over the beds on. There are no bedrooms, as all 6 beds are together and also continuous with kitchen / dining / living. There is also a permanently on Exit sign right near the beds (understand this is a safety regulation) but it means there is constantly a bright light at night. You would have sleep on your side away from that light.

とても良い施設です

Pros: 施設は綺麗で鍵の施錠のわかりやすく、調理器具なども全て揃っているし、シャワールーム、トイレが2箇所づつあり大変便利でした。コンビニも近いし、新橋の駅からも近く静かな場所で、次回もここに泊まりたいです。大人数でベットルームが一部屋で良い時は、かなりおすすめです

Cons: 全くありません。

Pros: Great location, very walkable area. Close to multiple 7-11's. In a quiet business building so no worry about waking neighbors late at night. 6 double beds in 1 room with plenty of wall outlets. 6 chairs at the dining table so we could all eat together. 6 spots to sit on the couches. 2 separate showers and 2 separate toilets so we could change in privacy.
