Pros: We like the location of the property. It's accessible to the metro, grocery and other shops. There's an izakaya infront of the property. Walking distance to Keisei ueno, okachimachi and subway train.

Cons: Space for the dining table and there is no tv at the other bedroom.

Good things come in small packages!

Pros: Fantastic! Compact, functional and traditional, 5 minutes from Ueno station and Ueno Park. Such a great experience staying here.

Pros: The location is convenient. Comfortable and cozy apartment for a group stay. Reliable host.

Pros: Host was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs.

Cons: Nothing the host can do about this, but anyone travelling with children may wish to be mindful of the neighborhood which is full of gentlemens parlours. Otherwise location was excellent.

Pros: Fantastic location, had all the amenities. Very comfortable. TV had Netflix!

Cons: Needs blackout curtains - the sun comes up at about 4.30am.

Pros: The location is perfect for traveler who can travel to Narita airport via Skyliner train. There are few authentic ramen shops within walking distance.

The stay was awesome and convenient!

Pros: The location is fantastic, close to everything including markets, restaurants, shops and train stations. E.g., can reach the property directly by the skyline express train from Narita airport and easily find restaurants/shops that fit your budget at the famous Ameyoko market.

Cons: The apartment is a bit compact, considering it’s common in Japan, hence not a big problem, didn’t take long to get used to it.

願意再訪的旅宿

Pros: 環境整潔，房間有隔間也很不錯，床跟被子都很好睡。上野本身交通位置方便，離地鐵站很近，附近藥妝、便利商店、吃的都很多，還有上野公園可以走走，整體來說住得很滿意。

Cons: 唯一的缺點其實不算是民宿的問題，是對面的商家。還有同樓層隔壁的泰式按摩，到深夜都會發出聲響，外面街道有聚餐散會的客人喧嘩，建議淺眠的人要注意，住宿有提供耳塞可以使用很貼心。

パーフェクト‼

Pros: とにかくロケーションが素晴らしく、どこに行くにもアクセス抜群で、宿泊中に必要な物全てが徒歩５分以内で揃う他、アメ横やデパートや老舗のスーパーマーケットや本格的な干物専門店なども近いので、飲食に欲しいあらゆるものやお土産など買い物の利便性も最高でした。 更にお部屋に関しては完全に独立した寝室が２部屋あるところがとても使い勝手が良く、睡眠時間の違いやエアコンの温度設定もそれぞれに選べてストレスなく過ごせる他、マットレスの寝心地も満足できるものでした。 特筆すべきはキッチンのオーブンレンジや電気圧力鍋などの家電の充実で、コンロは1口ながら、大きな鍋やフライパンと食器類もそろっているので様々な調理が可能で、更にドラム式の洗濯乾燥機や洗剤も用意されていて暮らしているように滞在できました。 これまで様々なサイトから民泊形態の施設には内外問わず宿泊してきましたが、国内ではベスト3に入るお気に入りの物件で、次回の東京でも必ず利用させていただきたいと思っています。

Cons: 良くなかった点は皆無ですが、ひねり出すとすれば毎日キッチンで調理したので、小鍋と小さなテフロン加工のフライパン、小皿やグラスがあれば更に便利ですが、それらがなくてもまた必ず利用させていただきたいと思います。

최고의 위치 편안한 침구류

Pros: 최고의 위치 웬만한 도쿄에 있는 지하철 노선 도보로 이용이 가능 공항에서 오고가는 스카이라이너 사용에도 굉장히 편리합니다.

Cons: 숙소 근처가 유흥가다 보니까 좀 시끄러운것이 최대의 단점이라고 볼수 있습니다.
