Pros: The host was very helpful and quick response to all question. Check in and check out was very easy. Location was great. The room has alll facilities needed. The washing machine is very good, wash & dry in one go.

Pros: large room, comfortable mattrasses, location, well-equipedp kitchen
Cons: the room has its own washing machine which is super handy and the detergent is free. Although the 'washing' part worked great, we could not get it to start the drying process, even after countless tries, fortunetaly, there is a great laundromat nearby, where we were able to dry our clothes

Nice stay. Good location.
Pros: Compact room size and location is really convenient. The room is exactly what the pictures shown. The bed is comfortable. We stay 1 week and it was not noisy at all. The owner was prompt in replying my queries.
Cons: A bit small since we got a family of 5 with few big luggages and after we buy more things, the room becomes smaller to cater our stuffs. Overall is enjoyable.

Convenient and comfortable..
Pros: Conveniently located close to several train stations and Narita Skyliner station. Room had all the facilities one would ask for. Host was quite prompt in responding to the questions. Well managed checkin and checkout process.
Cons: I would prefer to have beds than sleeping on the floor :) but it may just be japanese style :)

Pros: Conveniently located near the metro stations, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It was also spacious enough for 4 adults with 3 luggages in the room, so we are thankful for the space since it is difficult to find somewhere this spacious in Tokyo for this price. The host was also very friendly and responsive.
Cons: It was located in an area where many bars/clubs/pubs were located so for people who mind it might find it uncomfortable (although I felt that the area was not too dangerous).

This accommodation provided a great location and value for money for a family of 4.
Pros: The unit had all essential amenties for a family of 4 in a great location. The unit had a washing machine with dryer, a heatpump, and all necessary items for a household to stay for more than 2 days.
Cons: Everything was good. The shower had no curtain so we had to kneel down to take shower to avoid splashes.

Pros: 駅もアメ横も近く、周辺に飲食店も多く、ロケーションはとても良かった。 Wi-Fiも問題なく使えたし、ホストの対応も丁寧で、リーズナブル。 繁華街が近いので騒音を心配したが、まったく問題なかった。 使っていないが、ドラム式の洗濯機もあったので、洗濯をしたいときは便利と思う。 いろいろ気になる点はあるが、少人数で行く際はまた利用したいと思う。
Cons: テレビはあるが、地上波は映らない。 シャワーカーテンがないので、バスルームの床が濡れ、トイレを使いたいときに大変。（バスマットはある） ベッドは「ダブルベッド２台、シングルベッド１台」とHPに記載があったので、ここに決めたのだが、実際はダブルベッド２台しかないのでご注意を。写真に写っていないだけで、どこかにあるだろうと思ったが、どこにもなかった。 （ダブル２台のみなら、選択肢に入っていなかったかも…）

Pros: 地點很方便，走路五分鐘內有為數不少的餐廳 、居酒屋、便利商店 、燒肉店 、拉麵店 、donki 都在附近，房間有洗烘衣機，生活機能很便利👍
Cons: 附近有聲色場所半夜容易有吵鬧聲響 電梯關門很快速，進出要小心不要被夾到

CP值相當高的一間住宿
Pros: 離地鐵非常近交通十分方便，附近的上野車站到機場也很便利 住宿的地方有小餐桌跟微波爐，想自己煮食也很棒 離唐吉軻德很近
Cons: 內側床溫度較高，半夜容易滿身大汗 如果是淋浴的旅客，浴室稍微窄小了一點 附近居酒屋眾多，比較不適合半夜探險的旅客

Very good
Pros: The location was excellent, very close to Ginza 15 subway station. There is a good restaurant right in front of the place, which was very useful right after our arrival in Tokyo. The beds were comfortable. The kids really enjoyed sleeping on the Japanese beds. We had good quality free toiletries, access to the washing machine (including detergent). The air conditioning and hot water were available at all times of the day.
Cons: We traveled in August, which is one of the hottest times in Tokyo. So was the room when we checked in, but we managed to get a good temperature using the air conditioning. The bathroom was a bit small, but I guess that's normal here.
