Un mois dans un bon appartement très bien situé et équipé

Pros: Un mois dans un bon appartement très bien situé et équipé, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, avec de très bons restaurants, de super izakayas, des supermarchés et des konbini à proximité. Un appartement que j'aimerais louer de nouveau. Cerise sur le gâteau, le métro est à 3 minutes à pied et l'aéroport de Haneda est à 18 minutes en taxi. 良いアパートで1か月過ごしました。とても良い場所にあり、設備も整っています。静かな住宅街で、とても良いレストランや素晴らしい居酒屋、スーパーマーケットやコンビニが近くにあります。また借りたいと思うアパートです。さらに素晴らしいのは、地下鉄の駅まで徒歩3分、羽田空港まではタクシーで18分です。

Cons: Il faudrait peut-être changer la machine à laver. Je pense qu'il y a un problème d'inversion des tuyaux chaud/froid dans la douche, ou alors le thermostat a un problème. Il serait utile de fournir des notices explicatives en anglais (au moins) pour la climatisation, l'humidificateur et le thermostat. Personnellement, je n'ai pas de souci de compréhension. 洗濯機を交換する必要があるかもしれません。シャワーの温水・冷水のホースが逆になっているか、サーモスタットに問題があると思います。エアコン、加湿器、サーモスタットの説明書を（少なくとも）英語で用意してください。個人的には理解に問題はありません。
