Pros: I love everything. More space to open our bag, can cook ,can wash our cloth, love saperate bathroom and toilet, near train and 7 eleven.

Cons: I think if there have like a space or locker to keep suicase or bag for customer. It maybe more comfortable.

Pros: Really great studio, only a 5 min walk from the metro and in 15 minutes you are in shinjuku we loved it!

Pros: Close to station Separate bathroom and toilet good. No cloth to dry dishes.

Pros: The apartment we stayed is on the 4/F and it faces a primary school. It is very quiet at night. Since there are lots of windows, lots of sunshine comes into the apartment.

Cons: 1. We stayed in the apartment for eight nights but I did not know where I could put the trash. As a result, I had to keep the rubbish in the apartment for eight nights and the smell was a bit annoying. 2. No washing detergent was provided.

A nice and quiet place

Pros: Located in a quiet area but is easily accessible. Spacious room. With cooking utensils so you can prepare your breakfast.

Cons: It's a pity that my room was on the ground floor and the window in the living room was facing the entrance of the building. So I had to keep the curtains drawn all day. I like the washing machine in the room. Would be nice if laundry detergent is provided.

Pros: Nice quiet area with easy access to public transport. Comfortable apartment.

Cons: A clothes drying rack and an iron would be great.

Pros: I enjoyed having access to wifi, the tv, a washing machine and AC. I also enjoyed that there was a 711 just around the corner giving me quick and easy access to food and drinks, and it's pretty close to a couple train stations. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had a nice deck area to hangout on if wanted. Over all my stay was fantastic and I plan to stay here again next time I come back.

Cons: Not having a drying machine (the place is small so I totally understand why, no fault of there's) and I couldn't find a place outside to hang them on the bottom floor so i just hung them in my closet to dry. Otherwise everything was great

A comfortable accommodation in a peacedul neighbourhood

Pros: The property is located 2-minute walk from Kita-Ikebukuro station, yet it is very quiet. The property is facing a local primary school so it may gets more lively outside during the school term time but luckily we stayed there during the school summer holiday.

Cons: There weren’t many storage spaces apart from a large cabinet in the entrance, which is far too big as a shoe storage. As we stayed there for 3 weeks, we wish they had had a proper wardrobe and shelves in the rooms.

This is a perfect place to enjoy your stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Excellence location(quiet and safe for travelers). The room has nice space and well-cleaned. It has all the amenities you need except iron.

Pros: 徒歩圏内にコンビニやスーパー、内科/耳鼻科/歯科があり、飲食店や薬局も徒歩15分～20分程(バスも利用できる)の立地に位置しているので、不便はありませんでした。目の前が小学校なので、午前中に音楽や放送が流れるのを気にされない方、快適に過ごせると思います。

Cons: 特にありませんでした！
