Incredible hotel with amazing staff & customer service.

Pros: This hotel is simply amazing. The standout is the incredible staff. They are beyond helpful. The hotel itself is very stylish & beautiful. Breakfast was incredible. The location is perfect and views from the hotel are incredible.

Pros: I loved our room with huge terrace over Tokyo skyscrapers. Restaurant terrace with Tokyo tower view was exceptional. Staff was very helping.

I spent that few days of my trip at this hotel, to discover another part of town.

Pros: The rooms design and LeLabo amenities. The Japanese breakfast and service was exceptional Proximity to transport and airport

Cons: The location for a leisurely holiday is less appealing

Pros: Our stay at the Edition was wonderful. A brilliant ending for our stay in Tokyo and also for a mini honeymoon with my wife. The staff were friendly and were very useful to our needs and the special arrangements requested as a surprise for my wife was executed superbly. Special mention to Charles the bar manager at the Gold Bar who was very friendly and recommended some very nice drinks at the Gold Bar and also Tuyet at the Blue Room who was very friendly and arranged some very nice surprises for our breakfast during the next morning. Both of the western and Japanese breakfast at the Blue Room were very delicious and ensuring we had a refreshing start to the next day.

Cons: Nothing not to like about our stay at the Edition and it is definitely a place we would like to stay again if not for longer. Although would suggesting adding a bar rack at the gym if this would be possible.
