Pros: Really comfortable stay with all you need and after some days it already felt like our little Tokyo home. The price is amazing for what you get and the building itself seems to be recently built. The location also exceeded our expectations. You have an easy walk to the Yamanote Line station and the neighborhood has dozens of good restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Awesome!

Cons: The cleaning could have been slightly better on the ground.

Pros: We really liked the area as it was very close to the Otsuka station (which had the Yamanote line running through it), it was quiet, had multiple kombinis within a 2min walking distance as well as a Donki right by the station. The flat itself (as well as the building it was located in) was very modern and clean - we loved the large tv on wheels as it made it so easy to watch videos from any area of the flat. The bathroom was fantastic (though we were quite confused about a lady speaking japanese to us when one of us was taking a shower 😄 We figured she was most likely informing about the change in the water temperature in the wet room), the addition of kitchenette and a washing machine was great as we could easily warm up our food and do the laundry when needed. Our clothes dried in the wet room in no time at all.

Cons: The flat was located on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. This wasn’t a huge issue when we arrived (though the staircase is quite narrow so we had to be extra careful with our large suitcases) but when we were leaving our suitcases were already packed with a few souvenirs and a bit heavier than before, so it was a challenge to get them down. The corridor to the flat was also very narrow so we had to play human tetris to get in/out of there with our suitcases. And lastly, the flat was pretty small too, we had to take turns in walking in and taking off our shoes (though, this seems to be quite standard in Tokyo). There is a small closet where we were able to fit some of our stuff, but when we needed to open either of our suitcases it made it very hard to manouver around it for the other person.

Modern, clean and well located

Pros: Fabulous, clean and modern apartment well located to station, conbinis, restaurants and bars. Everything was immaculately clean. Modern fixtures and fittings. Good air conditioning, full size fridge, table and chairs, comfortable bed. Bathroom was great and included washing machine and air dryer in bathroom to dry clothes. Separate toilet.

Cons: We like everything but missed a TV (we were there for a few nights) and also some glasses. Not a big deal though.

Great location and facilities

Pros: The accommodation was fully equipped and in a very convenient location for accessing central Tokyo.

Cons: With no lift and narrow stairs, carrying a suitcase was quite difficult.

Pros: The location is very convenient, as it's close to many shops. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the place is well-equipped, very clean, and quiet.

Pros: Location was close to many great restaurants and bars. Apartment was well equipped.

Pros: Le logement est propre et confortable, nous avons eu le logement au RDC ce qui était très pratique pour les valises. Il se trouve a 6 minutes à pied de la station yamanote line otsuka se qui était très bien pour se déplacer rapidement. Des supérettes et restaurants sont a disposition tt le long du chemin.

Cons: Le manque d'ouverture vu que nous étions au RDC on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre.

Boa relação preço/qualidade!

Pros: Espaço limpo, recente e com todas as comodidades. Localização não é má, fica perto da estação de Otsuka. Self check-in e check-out bastante simples e rápido.

Cons: Nada de especial, mas deixo apenas para informação: Temos de recorrer aos transportes públicos para chegar às principais atrações de Tokyo. Sem elevador e com escadas estreitas. Incómodo para quem tem malas pesadas. O apartamento é pequeno, mas dentro do que é normal para uma grande cidade no Japão.
