Excellent, would happily stay again
Pros: The apartment was nice and clean, and very spacious as well for Tokyo. Very close to the station and literally across the road from and family mart. The host was very friendly and responsive to my messages.
Cons: The only thing I can think to write is the bathroom ceiling is quite low. I’m 6’ 2 and couldn’t quite stand up straight. It didn’t bother me, but something to keep in mind. This is common in Tokyo

Good studio in a new groovy area of Tokio
Pros: nice studio apartment perfectly located near the train station close to Shibuya. It's got everything you need , good enough even for self-catering. Lots of shops, restaurants , bars and supermarket nearby. Shimokitazawa area is growing a lot recently, for food and nightlife, it's the new Shibuya.
Cons: the shower area is really small, the quality of towels is terrible and it's quite noisy at night because of the railway.

Pros: It was nicely decorated, it had a nice retro modern vibe and it was clean.
Cons: There really was nothing wrong with the place. I got nothing to complain about.

Great base in Shimo-Ki
Pros: Very functional and clean apartment, in a lovely area close to the train station. There is a Family Mart right in front, for anything you may need.
Cons: Finding the right entrance to the building was a little tricky, but I managed after looking around for a bit. It is on the street perpendicular to the one where the Family Mart is, right near the intersection.

Great location and very convenient place to stay!
Pros: The place is in a great location. Very easy access to the train station and a 10 min walk to the surrounding neighbourhood. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped. 24 hour familymart right outside with everything you could need.
Cons: The hot water seemed to stop working, however the bath still worked so not a big issue.

Nice apartment BUT make sure you receive self check in details
Pros: Convenient location, good wifi and laundry facilities in the bedroom complete with detergent and a dryer fan which is perfect for speeding up air drying time, a fridge and freezer and the necessary utilities to cook and eat. Think of it like an airbnb - they give you the keys and everything you need, then leave you alone until you check out. Decently tranquil.
Cons: The con of not having any staff on site is that you need to make sure that you get your check in instructions- they should send you a message with the details to check in. We didn’t have this, and luckily bumped into a kind guest that informed us of the check in process, so we messaged them (as we can’t call in Japan, and the nearby family mart also doesn’t have a phone) and got the URL to check in within ~15 minutes. Also there was construction noises from next door in the morning which isn’t the end of the world, just mildly annoying and kind of out of their control.

Pros: Great location, nice comfy beds upstairs (we didn't sleep on the sofa bed). A bit dark downstairs but it was cosy at night.

Best apartment so far in Tokyo
Pros: Very nice, modern and clean apartment. Best thing was the record player in the room so I could play my vinyls :) all the furniture is new and we could dry our clothes in the bathroom. The area is also full of shops and bars, cafès

Great for extended stay and the neighborhood, but has a few draw backs.
Pros: The property is super new and clean. It is setup as an extended stay with a kitchen, bedroom, bath and laundry. It is completely self check in and check out and in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping and food options, as well as close to a train station that is only about 3 stops from Shibuya.
Cons: There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so if you are on the upper floors you will be carrying your bags up some tight stairs (there are 4 levels with 3 rooms on each level). However, my biggest issue was that you could hear the other guests easily. If they are being loud, or if the street traffic is loud, you will hear it. Sadly, I had a very loud person above me who was also making lots of noise at 4am. Not the end of the world, but annoying.
