Functional great place for a longer stay

Pros: The apartment was well connected via Yamanote Line. The house was generally silent, and the place itself had everything necessary for a longer stay. Everything was functional. In general, I felt happy staying there. The heating was also working, so I did not have to worry too much at cold nights, and I was a heavy sleeper, so the trains didn't disturb me.

Cons: When housekeeping service is requesting to come and clean the apartment, they really will need 5 hours. I was a bit shocked about it. Also, it felt unclear what they exactly did in all that time, as the apartment was not too big. When they said they would come at 3 pm, I assumed they would be done when I came back at 4:30 pm - but they still were there, telling me if they hurry, it will be another 2 hours at least.
