Basic lodging, good location

Pros: Great location, needed to be near friends staying nearby, so were glad to find this. Great Ramen just around the corner, nice bakery nearby too. Despite no staff on-site, response was very prompt and access was well explained.The kitchen is very well stocked.

Cons: The apartment was clean, but the bathroom did smell of mildew. Opening windows helped a lot. Could use more instruction about hot water. The only advice was to make sure the water heater was on, but no direction as to where that might be. We finally gave up as it was late at night.
