Pros: A lot of space, really clean, location is good, they have the fridge.

Cons: Water often goes cold because of the boiler

Pros: Very good location with the Subway and JR Train Station close by. The studio was nice with the possibility of doing laundry. The kitchen is small but has a stove and a microvawe so everything you need for a short stay.

Pros: Wonderful place close to the subway, train station and JAPAN KARATE ASS.

Cons: They don't have an iron, we need it.

Great apartment, good facilities. Checking in is NOT a good experience and should be redesigned

Pros: The apartment was new with a kitchen and bathroom with seperate bath to the shower as well as a washing machine. It was also thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay.

Cons: The checking in prior to staying was not correct and directed me to scan a QR code when arriving (using a tablet). Upon arrival the front door is locked with no tablet whatsoever in the building . I had to get my Japanese friend to ring them in order to find the directions for getting a key from the locked mailbox. You should seriously look into redesigning your checkin for international customers as it seems to be the primary thing people complain about and is not as easy as it should be.

鬧中取靜的好地方，離車站不會太遠，便利商店轉角就到，沙發床很好睡，有洗衣、烘衣功能好方便，垃圾桶很大

Pros: 有洗衣機，且烘衣的話，用浴室排氣機的烘衣功能好方便，冬天厚重的衣服（一大一小兩人份）一個晚上就烘完了，對於帶小孩的人來說太方便了

Cons: 嚴格來說住房沒有，但因為是無人值守的飯店，進大樓、開房間兩道手續還真不容易理解，透過訊息往來後才懂，只能說要仔細查看線上的說明

Pros: Good size apartment, clean and well looked after. It's in a good spot for getting around

Pros: 家電設備が整っていた冷蔵庫も洗濯機も大きめ、浴室乾燥機があったので部屋干ししてもすぐに乾いてくれて助かりました

Cons: 階段しかないので一人で移動する場合大きなスーツケースで上の階に行くのがすこし大変です。

Pros: 立地が良かった 東京ドームが近い コンビニも近い 羽田やディズニーリゾートにもアクセスしやすかった スタッフの方がお電話、メッセージ等で対応がよい 洗濯機や浴室乾燥がしっかりあったので、雨の日の翌日も衣類や靴が乾いていて快適 コンセントが少ない分、かなり長い延長コードが2本もあった Wi-Fiもちゃんとつながった 静かな場所でした コスパはサイコーです

Cons: 鍵のロック解除方法など慣れていてスムーズに解除ができていたのですが、ドアが重いのか、風圧が凄すぎてドアが開けれなかった 掃除機がとっても古く、臭かった シャンプーリンスは持参をオススメします 部屋の広さ的に、ソファベッドと机のサイズがあわない 食器がいがいと少なかった タオルが小さいし、枚数も少ない。3人で3泊したのに、タオルハンカチサイズが３枚、スポーツタオルサイズが３枚しかなかった ソファベッドの布団にシーツがセットされてなかったので、自分でつけた 地上波がみれない 洗濯洗剤も少ない
