Spacious apartment. Good location. but noisy.

Pros: Location. Well equipped kitchen. large size room neat and clean.

Cons: No option to pay with credit card. Owner would like the rent in cash. No prior communication about it at the time of booking the property. Not soundproof. Noisy surrounding area.

Convenient pleasant stay.

Pros: Location, restaurants, washing machine. Everything was as explained.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Location is very good, close to the station and convenient store. Quick response from staff with any questions. We were 4 adults and was comfortable for us.

Cons: Needed for hanging space for clothes and some glasses would have been nice as there was only cups.

Ilima Higashi Nakano

Pros: I liked the location, very close to the station. Staff was quick to reply to any messages sent. We were 4 adults and stayed comfortably in the apartment

Cons: Only thing I would have liked is more hanging space for clothes. And also some glasses for drinking beverages as there is only cups.

Comfy stay for family

Pros: Good location, close to train/subway. Good supermarket near by. Beds were comfortable and it was good to have a washing machine in the room. Communication with hosts was great.

Cons: Not much space to hang washed clothes.

Overall, we had a good stay in this place. It is a quiet and convenient place.

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect. It is near metro station and JR lines, and there are many restaurants around. It is worth to mention that there is a supermarket in a walking distance, there are many choices of food with good price in this store. The communication with host is smooth. The host responded to our request promptly. We had an issue with AC, the host fixed the issue pretty fast.

Cons: The cleaning of the room may need to be improved, dust was found on the surface of the stove. The light for emergency exit is too bright. There are sky windows in this room, which make the room becomes bright pretty early in the morning,

Very good location apartment

Pros: The entrance with door codes was smooth, as well as the communication with the owner, who even brought an extra blanket as soon as we requested it. The location of the property was excellent for us: 5 mins walk there is a local train station, that brings you to the most central areas of Tokyo in 10-15 mins (e.g Shinjuku), and 10 mins walk there is also a metro station. So everything was easily accessible, while the area of the property was nice and quiet, which is what we needed after all the hustle and bustle of the day in the busy Tokyo. :) As an extra, also some minutes away there is a supermarket with a loooot of nice groceries, and several restaurants, even pubs, etc. Bathroom, toilet and shower were all fine and “good size” (I have seen many properties in Japan that seemed to have so small bathroom cabins…😅 which I would not like that much), and the room was also okay size for the three of us (with 2-2 pieces of big luggage). So all in all, great value for the money!

Cons: Although we had the impression that everything is very clean in Tokyo, this property was the exception…😅 it was not too bad and we didn’t care too much, but we did see hair on the carpet, and some belonging of previous guests in the bed drawer (some clothes, socks..). This was the only thing we were not too happy about, otherwise all was good. :)

It is excellent for family stays.

Pros: Very good location and enough space for family of 4.

Cons: Kitchen chairs need repairing

Pros: Convenient location and clean accommodation. The staff informed us of the check in method very clearly. Enjoyed our stay there.
