Philippines 🇵🇭

Pros: I chose this room because it was spacious for 3 people (and 3 large luggages). It took us around 30 minutes to figure out the check-in instructions since the key was placed in a different container than the one on the photo. There werent any elevators but good thing we were given a room on the 2nd floor. We were provided towels, toiletries, laundry soaps.

Pros: Clean. There are basic kitchen items, washing machine, dry clothes and bathroom heater 2in1. Walk to train station about 5-6mins.

Cons: The building doesn’t have elevator, pay attention if bring a lot of luggage. A little hard to take the lock door but the host warm-heartedly help so it’s no problem.

Pros: Location is good with a jr line and tokyo metro line close by. Only 2 stops away from shinjuku. The apartment for 4 persons is spacious compared to other places and the facilities are clean and working. Floor was a little dusty when we arrived but no issue, we just vacuumed a little with the vacuum cleaner inside the closet. However my unit had a street lamp right next to the window which made the room too bright to sleep. Blackout curtains would be appreciated! Overall fairly clean and spacious! Much nicer than other apartments i have rented!

Pros: Air dryer in the toilet is excellent for drying clothes.

Cons: Sofa bed not so comfortable. Tiring to climb 4 storey especially with luggage.

Pros: The room is simple and minimal. Everything functions well. The bathroom has an air conditioning system with a dry laundry mode, and dry clothes hanging in the bathroom fast.

Cons: It would be nicer if there were extra garbage bags, toilet paper, and drain filters.

Better than expected, great value for money

Pros: Convenient location, even though not in the niecest neighborhood, larger space than expected, easily separated 2 sleeping areas, comfortable beds, even the sleeping couch, washing machine is very silent.

Cons: No luggage storage.
