It was good.

Pros: The host was attentive and helpful in the lead up to my stay. Everything i needed with regards to towels and toiletries were handy on site and the location was close enough to the station to make getting around easy.

Cons: This location is in the middle of shibuya's nightlife district, unfortunately you will hear party goers on the street below throughout the night which wasn't a issue for me as im a heavy sleeper but might be a issue for others.
