In terms of value for money this was great. The best of Tokyo without all the noise.

Pros: The place was perfect and the area was awesome! It’s very close to the station which made getting into Tokyo easy however a bit longer than if you were staying more central, the shops and everything around the property were great especially the supermarket which meant you don’t have to eat out all the time! However there is still many great restaurants nearby if you want to dine in. The property was clean, had all the amenities. The only thing was the location is very local and therefore there weren’t many other tourists when we visited however the people were still very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: The location is very convenient, 5mins walk to the nearest train station, and direct line from Narita airport. It has a local tax free supermarket store nearby that we can settle most of our daily needs. Good value for money, I have recommended the stay to my friends who are visiting Tokyo!

Suburban vibe

Pros: It's a charming suburb, not crowded with tourists, and just about an hour from the city. The grocery store is within walking distance, surrounded by plenty of shops to explore. The train station is only a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to get around.

Cons: The bed isn't very comfy, and the bed sheets have some stains, which might be a bit disappointing. But I hope these can be addressed soon

Pros: The area was nice and clean, the property was so nice and the location was not far from the train station with a 7-eleven near by that’s open 24/7. Katsushika is just a lovely area in all honesty.

Pros: Great communication with the staff. Really good location. Quiet neighborhood. Supermarkets and grocery store just 2 min on foot away.

Cons: Nothing major. If I have to nitpick, it would be that the light in the room was too bright.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The area is quiet and lovely. It’s a bit far from the city center, but that didn’t bother us, and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go quite easily.
