Good deal for the money. It's a very comfortable place to stay but not for older folks.

Pros: This clean and spacious house has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to buses and train stations, convenience stores and shops etc... but a bit far from major attractions.

Cons: Too many stairs to climb! especially for me ;-) Toilets lack ventilation so it's quite smelly and iffy. There were five of us. Myself, I stayed on the 1st floor and decided to wash my face and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink which is situated on the second floor. The third floor is for bathing and doing laundry and that's where my older brother and his wife stayed because they have weak knees. Coming home, we gathered on the 2nd floor (living area) then they only have to climb another set of stairs to the 3rd floor where they can settle for the night (Shower, shave, and shite) Fourth floor is for their younger son and his girl friend. Still it's tough to carry a big suitcases up to the 4th floor through narrow stairways.
