Spacious & comfy.

Pros: The apartment was big w/ 2 floors. The rooms were spacious & could fit a lot of people. Bus stop that takes us to the train station is only 2 minutes walk. Tabata train station is about 15-17 minutes walk.

Cons: The apartment was not as clean as expected. There was dust on the bed head & a bit of stain on the bed sheets. The pillows were very soft, but there are plenty of pillows, so that makes it better. We ended up using 2 pillows per person, otherwise 1 pillow is just too flat. The apartment faces the main road so there is a bit of street noise well into the night.

Really a plesant house filled with sunlight to live with friends and family.

Pros: I liked how big the house was for five people. The kitchen and living room were comfortable, spacious and made us feel at home. The bright, huge bedrooms and the view with Skytree was really nice. the host came to the house to fix the shower drainage which was at fault promptly right after we called. There were three different stations accessible from the house by bus. Accessibility is nice to Akihabara, Ikebukuro, and Skytree. The convenience of having a family mart right down the house.

Cons: We just had to walk a bit to the Sendagi and Tabata stations. The ambulance sirens were the only issue we had.

Superb comfortable apartment with full facilities and easy access location

Pros: 2 big bedrooms with comfortable big bed, clean, big living room, complete kitchen facilities, the bathrooms is clean and smells good. The AC is cold, the floor is clean, the washing machine and dryer, the owner prepared everything that we need since we are family of 6 so the facilities is completely amazing

Cons: Nothing. I love the apartment and the facilities provided . No complaints
