Pros: Management was very helpful in every way possible she could. She went above to give us extra hours after our checkout time. We needed more time to sort our things prior to moving to our new apartment, and management was very helpful and supportive in this. We were given about three (3) hours extra to check out. Unheard of. I am very grateful and will highly recommend it every time.

Cons: The only downside is the stairs. So, if you have a big suitcase like I had, the stairs would always be a problem. Other than this, there's absolutely nothing to talk against, really
